1. Student is responsible to pay out the package that has been decided in office with MUX Consultants.com

2. IF MUX Consultants.com will not process the admission of student, MUX Consultants.com is responsible to refund amount.

3. If MUX Consultants.com processed admission of student, he/she wants to backout, no amount will be refunded.

4. Embassy time can be delayed due to slow processing of Embassy!

5. MUX Consultants.com is only responsible for your admission in mentioned University, MUX Counsultants.com is not responsible to stamp your visa.

6. If visa of student got rejected Initial admission Charges will not be refunded. University fee will be refunded according to policies of university.

7. MUX Consultants.com provides guidance and assistance, ultimate decisions regarding visa applications rest with the relevant immigration authorities.

8. If student provided any fake documents, Embassy or University rejected admission or Visa, in such case we will not refund any amount.

9. If a student gets offloaded by the immigration due to any reason, ticket amount is non-refundable.

10. In case, Embassy will not call the student before the classes start, MUX Consultants.com will not be responsible.

11. The client acknowledge that any fraudulent documentation or misinformation may lead application rejection.

12. Personal information collected by MUX Consultants.com will be used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed upon services and will not be shared with third parties without the client explicit consent. 

13. These terms shall be governed by consultancy in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in which MUX Consultants.com

14. MUX Consultants.com reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
